This pandemic changed how we do business and how business operate. We are entering into a new phase where businesses are slowly reopening. Some businesses have slowed down during COVID-19 and were in survival mode. What is it like for you as a business owner and entrepreneur? After already sharing some strategies, JT Foxx reviews more ways you can grow your business after COVID-19.

Focus on customer needs

jt foxx reviews business growthAs of right now, it is critical to find out what your clients what and how you can meet their needs. If you don’t know, ask them, ask your customers!

JT Foxx reviews an example he experienced himself. His organization was doing some classes for people, and they asked them what topic they are most interested in. Now his organization is leading the classes with the topic that they said they’re most interested in. If you don’t know what your customers want, go out and ask what they are most interested in. What are the things you need that I can give?

Am I skilled enough that I can do it for my clients, or is that I don’t know enough about that and need a strategic partnership so that I can offer something to my clients?

If you want more, work harder.

If you want more, you work harder. Many people talk about work/life balance, spending time here, spending time there, and all these different views and arguments make an excellent point. However, if you want your business to grow, you have to work harder on it. If you want to lose weight, you have to work harder at it. If you want to learn a language, you’ve got to work harder at that. So, if you want to expand your business, you have to work harder at it.

You need to understand; no one’s going to work harder than you. If you want more and more from your team, you need to put in more. Because there is a huge imbalance when you say to your people:” I want you to do more and work harder”, and then you’re off playing golf, or on your jet ski. If you’ve gone on vacation for three months and you’re asking people to put in more when you are putting in less, people won’t respect that, and are not going to want to put in more for you.You really have to think about it: if you want more than what you have; you have to be willing to work harder for it, and you have to be willing to lead by example.

There has to be trust in your team as a whole. Most of us are not working in offices anymore, everyone’s working remote. We do meetings by Zoom, and communicate via email, and text message. If you don’t have that trust in your team and their work ethics, your house of cards will collapse.

Focus!

If you want your business to grow, then focus on the business.

JT Foxx reviews that as entrepreneurs and business owners, we probably do this more than anyone else; we focus on too many things at the same time. We’ve got to pull in the reins and concentrate on what area you need to focus on. Is it your business, or your charity, or you being on the board, running this sports association, trying to do real estate on the side – what are you focusing on? It is so important that you are focused on max two things, and they get your primary focus. Make those two things as best as they possibly can be.

Pick the things you are going to focus on. Make it three or fewer things that will get your focus. That’s it! Those are the three things you are focusing on until they become wildly successful or they absolutely fail.

So pick the things you are going to focus on and figure out what your customers want. Determine how you are going to fulfil their needs and be the fastest and most efficient. How are you going to deliver what they need. You don’t have to be everything to everyone. Just do one or two, or three things and focus on making those as successful as possible.
